2019

Drilling Program Summary

WAC&G drilled a total of 5,040 ft in six holes the Round Top project, and 1,200 ft at Illinois Creek. The six drill holes at Round Top were designed to provide data for a “Maiden” copper resource study which will be released in Q1 2020. WAC&G also initiated environmental baseline water surveys at both the Round Top and Illinois Creek deposits this season. A NI 43-101 Resource Study for Illinois Creek was announced October 1, 2019

2018

Illinois Creek Joint Venture

In 2018 WAC&G and Piek Incorporated (owner of the Illinois Creek Property claims) entered into the 50/50 Illinois Creek Joint Venture. This action consolidated control of the Illinois Creek District (totaling 26,560 acres) and re-assembled the region for the first time since its discovery by Anaconda Minerals Company (Anaconda) in 1980. 2016

Round Top Exploration/Drilling Program

Utilizing funds raised in the 2016 offering, WAC&G conducted a drilling program at the Round Top Property starting July 8, 2016. The program was completed on budget at a cost of approximately $500,000, on schedule, and safely on July 28, 2016. A total of 4,791 feet or 1,461 meters of diamond core was completed in six holes at an average production of 228 feet per day. The total “All In” cost of drilling was $104 per foot. The drilling focused on the east lobe porphyry area and included DDH’s RT-8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13. The track-mounted drill and associated equipment was purchased from the drilling contractor after the program finished, was winterized and left on the Round Top Property.

The 2016 drilling program has demonstrated the existence of an extensive copper mineralized system at Round Top with chalcocite as a meaningful component of the mineralization. The significance of chalcocite mineralization as a primary source of copper at Round Top may be the single most important discovery of the 2016 program. The presence of secondary copper mineralization, primarily in the form of chalcocite (Cu2S), is a critical element of our future value considerations because this form of secondary-enriched copper can be extracted using the solution extraction electro-winnowing (SXEW) method. This method produces copper at the mine site and avoids shipment of a concentrate by barge downriver and then by ship to smelters in Asia. The ability to use a SXEW process would create a significant cost advantage compared to conventional concentration processes

2014

Honker Exploration Trenching Program

  • Established a winter trail to Honker Gold deposit and transported D-6 and Hitachi Excavator to property
  • Completed an exploration trenching program on the Main Honker and Honker West prospects
  • Samples were sent to Resource Development, Inc. metallurgical testing lab in Denver, CO for analysis and evaluation of gravity and leaching gold extraction methods

2012

Soil Geochemical Program & Aero-magnetic Helicopter Survey

  • WAC&G completed a 1,050 sample Soil Geochemical Program over entire Round Top claim block
  • A high resolution aero-magnetic helicopter survey of 630 line kilometers was conducted by Precision Geo Surveys at Round Top and Honker

2009

Analyzed Historical Data

  • Surveyed historical drill holes with modern GPS techniques

  • Compiled 1980-1984 Anaconda Company historical data

2018

Drilling Program Summary

WAC&G’s 2018 drilling program included a total of 12 drill holes, totaling 14,541 feet (4,432 meters) and averaged 248.5 feet per day compared to an average of 264 feet per day in 2017. More than 1,500 core samples were assayed. At the completion of the 2018 program, a total of 31,925 feet (9,731 meters) had been drilled at Round Top (including Anaconda’s previous work). Highlights include:

  • A new mineralized molybdenum-enriched intrusive in RT-23 and RT-24
  • RT-23 cut 688 feet/209 meters of 0.28% CuEq (the thickest mineralized intercept to date)
  • Expanded the footprint of chalcocite mineralization in drill holes RT-22, 23, 24, and 32
  • Drill Hole RT-32 cut the thickest chalcocite enrichment to-date, 210 feet/64 meters of 0.74% CuEq
  • New copper-gold (Cu-Ag) mineralization was discovered at the West Lobe in RT-27, 30.5m of 0.32% CuEq
  • New lead-zinc-gold (Pb-Zn-Ag) mineralization was discovered at TG North in RT-29 and RT-30

2017

Discovery of New Zone of Primary Copper Mineralization

In 2017 WAC&G drilled 9 holes totaling 2,170 meters (7,120 feet) with a 15% reduction in per foot drilling cost from 2016. WAC&G averaged 264 ft/day in drill production for an improved efficiency of 16% over 2016. A new zone of primary copper mineralization was discovered in drill hole RT-19 and extended the chalcocite mineralization in drill holes RT-14, 18, 19 and 22

2015

Illinois Creek Transportation Summary

WAC&G’s research of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA) archives resulted in the discovery of the 1993 Illinois Creek Transportation Study, created for the original development of the Illinois Creek gold mine. AIDEA is a state-funded corporation that has provided financing for numerous natural resources development projects. The report was written by Richard Hughes, P.E., of BTW Mining & Exploration Corp., and Mike Smith of Terra Nord, for the benefit of North Pacific Mining Corporation, a Cook Inlet Region, Inc. subsidiary, and the benefit of Echo Bay Mining Company.

This engineering study is important because it defines a 29.4 mile route from a proposed Yukon River barge loading site to the Illinois Creek Property road system and includes a preliminary road design and construction cost estimate. It also covers federal and state permits that will be needed for construction of the road. WAC&G has incorporated this study into a modern digital version of the access route from the Illinois Creek District to the Yukon River. This study answers one of the major mine development questions: How will construction materials be transported to the Properties and how will the mined materials be exported to world markets?

2013

  • Acquired ownership of Illinois Creek camp and heavy equipment to facilitate future exploration programs
  • Zonge International completed an integrated 3D Digital Database with both modern and historical data in Oasis Montage
